Quality policyThe company assumes as an ultimate responsibility to supply best quality innocuous products, attending to its clients' and final consumers' needs. For that aim, different norms world wide recognised are implemented and certified as pillars of quality assurance in the production and industrialisation of goods. On the field: everything is handled under the strict regulations of the EUREPGAP protocol for fruits and vegetables, internationally recognised as the harmonising law of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). EUREPGAP constitutes an acceptable basic standard of recommended practices for the production of innocuous fresh vegetables, minimising biological, chemical and/or physical contamination risks. These practices consider minimising the negative impact on the environment through sustainable production systems, promoting the preservation of health, security and well-being of the workers and applicable to the field of Primary Production. In packing, cold storage and transport: we work under the regulations of the CODEX Commission with regard to the Hygiene Manipulation of Products - Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) (CAC / RCP-1 Commission CODEX FAO / OMS). The Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are essential principles regarding the management and hygienic care of products in their manipulation, production, distribution, and transport. Along the whole chain: national and international regulations and the norms implemented by the company require assurance of the product's traceability. Traceability is a group of norms and proceedings pre-established which allow the association of the information to the product in each of the stages of production and trading processes in order to find out at a certain moment, by means of technological tools, the history, location and the different phases or lots of products along the supply chain. CertificationsThe company complies with the regular inspection of its quality assurance, carried out by certifiers who verify the job has been done appropriately. The audit and evaluation of our quality assurance processes is performed by CERTIFICATION ORGANIZATIONS which operate in out country:
SOCIETE GENERALE DE SURVEILLANCE SA
INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE NORMALIZACION Y CERTIFICACION
Participation in EUREPGAPThe company ratifies its commitment to EUREPGAP by being a registered member of this Association from 2005. As a Supplier Member it participates in the technical discussion of protocols, the election of authorities and technical committees, and in international events. The firm is also part, since its conformation in 2004, of NTWG Argentina (National Technical Working Group), whose main aim is to adapt EUREPGAP regulations to the different national realities. |
